B.B.S. (Youth) appealed a judgment from the juvenile court finding him within the juvenile court's jurisdiction for conduct that would constitute the crimes of unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. Based on stipulated facts, the juvenile court asserted jurisdiction over Youth. Youth argued on appeal that the stipulated facts were insufficient to prove that, if Youth were an adult, sufficient facts existed to prove that Youth had knowledge that the vehicle at issue was stolen. The State conceded that the juvenile court erred. The Court agreed, and reversed the juvenile court's judgment.
