Without discussing the facts underlying the appeal, the Court affirmed the termination of Mother and Father’s parental rights based on ORS 419B.504, by reason of conduct or condition seriously detrimental to the child.

Mother and Father appealed a juvenile court judgment terminating their parental rights to their children. The juvenile court based their decision on ORS 419B.504 and ORS 419B.506, “by reason of conduct or condition seriously detrimental to the child” and “parents have failed or neglected without reasonable or lawful cause to provide for the basis physical and psychological needs of the child,” respectively. Without discussing the underlying facts, the Court affirmed the trial court’s decision based conduct or condition seriously detrimental to the child. Affirmed.
