Father petitioned for reconsideration because one of the allegations the Court relied on in upholding the trial court's jurisdictional judgment was not materially indistinguishable from the grounds on which the court asserted jurisdiction. Father is correct that one of the allegations was not materially indistinguishable from the grounds for jurisdiction. Accordingly, the Court amended its opinion to accurately state the allegations it relied upon and otherwise adhered to its original opinion. Reconsideration allowed; former opinion modified and adhered to as modified.
