Both Father and Mother appealed a judgment from the trial court asserting jurisdiction over their two children. The trial court entered the judgment six months after the close of evidentiary proceedings. Father and Mother argued before the Court that the court erred by entering the judgment because the time lapse between the presentation of evidence and the judgment, the evidence was insufficient to prove that, at the time of the judgment, the children's condition and circumstances endangered their welfare. Reversed.
